How do I return an item? For our retail customers we charge a flat shipping rate of $6.00 for all orders. We ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Orders will arrive between two and seven days. For our wholesale customers, we ship UPS ground and your orders will arrive between two and five business days depending where you are located. For returns, items must be in their original condition. You can return for a full refund minus shipping charge.
